I went out to celebrate the (potential) sale of my place tonight and I really wanted to thank you for all your help.
You have done a fantastic job for me and I can't thank you enough.
I know I have been difficult to get hold of sometimes, and I really appreciate your patience. I have had a cell phone in the past, but I often found it interfered with my privacy - I would rather people leave a message on my home number. I do not like people thinking they can reach me 24/7 which I know is a luxury you can not share in your business. In selling my place, timing can be very important and my lack of a cell made it much more difficult for you - and I thank you for that.
You have spent a large amount of time on selling my place and more than earned your fee. I will be thrilled to refer any friends that are either looking to buy or sell, for the service you provide. The first realtor I chose was very 'slick' and a real 'salesman'. - I thought that might maximize the price I would get. That was appealing to me at first as a seller, but that same 'slickness' applied to me which made me very uncomfortable. Even just from our first conversation on the telephone, I got a totally different feeling from you. After meeting you, it really confirmed that you were in this job match buyers and sellers with properties that they will be happy with. I commend you for doing that so well and hope that those qualities will beat out the 'slick' types.
The bottom line is that I back out for any reason, I think you have done a fantastic job for me.
